How many people will be there? We are expecting 2500 people to come to the Friday All day event, and 250 for the evening party.
​
Where do I park? There is plenty of parking but we do encourage you to carpool so the parking doesn’t take longer than it should. Attendees will need to purchase parking tickets in addition to their event tickets. Parking passes are $5 plus fees and tax. We will be organizing ride sharing through a Woolen Affair Discord group
​
Is the venue handicap accessible? Hutton Brickyards is handicap accessible. If you require assistance getting from your car to the pavillions, we will have a golf cart to transport you.
​
Will there be gluten free and vegan food options? Misto Eats has plenty of gluten free and vegan options.​
​
How far is the venue from Rhinebeck? A usual drive to the Hutton Brickyards from Rhinebeck is 20 min.
​
What is included with the ticket price? Tickets include entry to the event with access to our curated yarn collections from our amazing lineup of artists and musical entertainment starting at noon. The Preview evening party on Thursday will include hors d'oeuvres, live music, and access to the marketplace early.

What is NOT included with ticket price? Tickets do NOT include the cost of food from food trucks or drinks from the bar.

Are dogs allowed? Dogs on leash are allowed as long as they are well behaved :).
​
Will masks or Covid testing/vaccines be required? We are NOT requiring masks or testing/vaccination.
​
Are tickets refundable? Tickets are NON-refundable after October 1st unless we need to cancel our event due to unforeseen circumstances or severe weather.
​
What if it rains? Hutton Brickyards has covered pavilions and will happen rain or shine as long as the weather is not severe.
​
Is there enough light to knit? We recommend bringing your knitting or reading light just in case the lighting is not sufficient for you once the sun goes down.
​
Will tickets be available at the door? We hope that all tickets will be purchased in advance. Everyone must have a ticket AND a parking ticket for their group to enter. If we have room, you may be able to purchase a ticket at the door but you will need to park outside in the public lot by the beach and walk in. Parking inside the Brickyards is only available with pre-purchased parking passes.

Can I bring my kids? Children are welcome to attend with an adult. Children under 10 can come for free. Children 10-17 can come with a half price ticket.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE at A WOOLEN AFFAIR™
A Woolen Affair™ is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful and peaceful event. These are the terms and conditions that govern your attendance at the A Woolen Affair™ event (the Event). By registering for the Event you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, which form a legal contract between A Woolen Affair and the registered attendee. (“you” or “your”). This Agreement is a binding contract so please read it carefully.
If you are registering on behalf of other attendees, you agree to ensure that such attendees are aware of these terms and accept them, and by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made such attendees aware of these terms and that they have accepted them.
EVENT ADMISSION
1. Admittance. Your registration entitles you only to admittance to the Event. It goes without saying that any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and we shall have not liability for such costs.
2. Termination. We are committed to providing a peaceful and harassment-free Event and we expect all attendees to behave appropriately and to treat everyone else at the Event with dignity and respect. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to remove you from the Event if we, in our sole discretion, consider your presence and / or behavior to create a disruption or to hinder the Event and / or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees or speakers. All children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Media. We reserve the right to use photographs and recordings of any Event attendee in our promotional materials.
4. Photography and Recording of Audio and Video. Photographs, short audio and video clips taken and recorded by you may be used for social media, blogging and press coverage. Without express, written permission from us, audio and video clips published must be non-contiguous clips of thirty seconds or less and photographs must not contain Event content.
5. Event Agenda. We try to avoid it, but sometimes plans have to change. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that we, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue and time.
6. Covid-19/Contagious Illness and Safety
Attending in-person events may expose members of the community to an increased risk of contagious illnesses. While the venue is outdoors, there is still a risk of illness when attending a large event. While it is impossible to completely avoid the risk, Organizer asks that attendees make a concerted effort to mitigate exposing members of the community to a contagious illness.
FEE(S)
1. Payment. The payment of the applicable fee(s) for the Event is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, we may refuse to admit you to the Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
2. Taxes. The fee(s) may be subject sales tax, value added tax, or any other taxes and duties which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fee(s).
SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable after October 1st. They however, may be transferred. Our ticketing platform enables you to be able to transfer your tickets on your own.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our event attendees, clients, and customers. Your registration information is kept private and is used solely for the purposes of communicating with you about the Event.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We have worked extremely hard to create and develop the A Woolen Affair™ brand. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by us or grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of A Woolen Affair™ all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of A Woolen Affair™
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. We will do our best to provide you with an excellent and positive experience, but we do not warrant or guarantee that any particular results will come from your attendance at the Event. Individual experiences will vary.
2. Other than to the extent required as a matter of law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with this Agreement.
3. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim in any way connected with therewith or this Agreement whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us under this Agreement to attend the Event.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles, and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New York courts.
